We do have a strict policy against spamming!
Users who spam via E-mail, newsgroups, etc. are not allowed on our web servers. If you are caught spamming from our servers or spamming from another source to promote your website hosted on our servers your account will be immediately suspended. Justification will be required to re-enable your website. Any second occurrence will result in immediate cancelation of your web hosting.
We define "spamming" as the bulk distribution of unsolicited e-mail to other users or user groups that did not specifically ask for the information. It doesn't matter if you use our mail servers to spam or if your hire a company to send those mailings for you. This is a zero toleration policy! Spamming is not allowed with any of our accounts. If an account is canceled due to a policy violation the 30-money back guarantee is forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

Billing
You will be notified via email when you are nearing your limit. You will be asked to upgrade to a higher plan that allows more transfer. If you do not upgrade to a higher plan you will be charged an overage fee for each MB over your limit for the month. You don't have to do anything at this point. You can just continue to pay the overage fee. If you believe your traffic will continue to be over your limit you should consider upgrading to a higher plan. You just need to compare a slight overage with our overage fee to the cost of a higher plan. You can find our current prices for all of our plans and fees by clicking on Hosting Plans. Overage fees are located at the bottom of the page.
To upgrade your account simply log in to the Billing Control Panel and easily upgrade to a higher plan.

Remember, you will still have FTP access to your account and you may still set up FTP sub-accounts without requiring a fixed IP address.

If you already own the domain name then you can sign up with a domain name you have already registered. Your new domain name will take about 24-72 hours to propagate throughout the internet and be usable. In the meantime you can publish your site using the temporary address that you receive in your Welcome email.

Simply order a web hosting plan. Our order wizard will guide you through ordering without purchasing a new domain. Next, go to your domain name registrar and change your DNS settings for your domain. You will need to point your domain to the name servers provided in your welcome email. Once this is complete it will take about 24 to 72 hours for the changes to propagate throughout the internet.

Yes. You can add up to your plan's limit of subdomains. The only restriction is that you have the main domain name (ie yourdomain.com) with us and the sub domain has to be in the form of: yoursubdomain.yourdomain.com.

Our order wizard will guide you through ordering a domain name transfer at the same time that you order your web hosting package. Make sure your domain is not locked at the current registrar. Also, your domain name can not have been registered within the last 60 days or the transfer will be rejected. Within 3 days after you order the transfer you will receive an email with additional instructions that you must follow.
When transferring a domain registration you may have to contact your original registrar and follow their instructions for transferring domains. Some registrars perform this automatically via email. Follow the instructions your registrar provides to complete the domain transfer process.

When a visitor types your domain name into their Web browser, their request is referred to a nameserver that indicates the physical location (the IP address) of your domain on the Internet. When your site location changes to a new IP address, or when a new domain name is added, nameservers around the world must be notified of the change. This process is referred to as propagation. Propagation normally requires 24-72 hours. During this period, if you are transferring your domain, some nameservers will refer to the old location of your site and some to the new location. Therefore, a visitor accessing your site may be directed to either the old or new location. That's why it is best to cancel your old hosting company after the name server changes have propagated.

Actually, domain transfer is a bit of a misnomer. What you need to do is update the Name Server records on your domain registration to point to the name servers provided in your welcome email.
