Dedicated Server Bandwidth

Measurements of bandwidth are only done on an outgoing basis. Incoming traffic to your server is not limited or measured, nor does it count for your overall total usage on a monthly basis. Bandwidth measurements are done from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.

1,000GB of "Actual" Transfer is provided with each server! This enormous amount of bandwidth will allow you to not worry about ever going over your limit. Of course if you do exceed this level of bandwidth we have the lowest cost bandwidth prices at a flat fee of $35 per additional 100GB. (That's 35 cents per GB!)

Your server will be connected directly to a Cisco Catalyst managed switch with capacity to do 100MB/s. All Cisco Catalyst switches are connected to an Extreme Network Summit 48i Layer 3 switch. This Layer 3 switch provides the high capacity packet control we need to maintain a solid and stable network. The Extreme Network Switch is then connected directly to a Cisco 12008 GSR powered by multiple Gigabyte Ethernet drops.

Bandwidth overages are billed at $1.50 per GB if your server does not purchase additional bandwidth.
